The Executive suite offered a fantastic old street view and a stylish, comfortable atmosphere with an really good King-size bed. Quick check-in and a helpful bellboy ensured a warm welcome upon arrival. The brasserie had excellent vegetarian options, but the lighting in the room fell short of the plush feel. For a restful night, the noise from nearby bars disrupted relaxation, particularly on the weekend, causing a bit of frustration .

We've stayed here before and appreciated this place. Place was clean and stylish. The breakfast offered was generous and really tasty with good quality.

Enjoyed the place, had an excellent stay on a business trip. The room we had was modern and stocked, came with balcony, good shutting curtains, as for instance. The breakfast was generous and very tasty for what was on offer with great seaview and cocktails, for instance. The location was stunning and particularly good, close to Constanta's fanciest restaurants, the ocean and train station...

Fairly nice overall experience. Truly exceptional hotel in a unique building with particularly nice views of the beach and Black Sea. Favourable and beautiful location, to the harbor where you will find plenty of restaurants. Well heated room with big bathroom and generous breakfast.

Great location near key attractions.
I was really frustrated with the noise level in the hotel, especially from the bar nearby, hard to relax on Saturday night. The air conditioning was unfortunately not working, leaving us sweltering in the heat.

Wonderful, very personally managed hotel, very clean and neat - perfect comfort. The staff is extremely friendly, professional and helpful. The large, very clean beach is two minutes walk away. The stay has far exceeded our expectations.

The room was clean and spacious and well equipped.
The breakfast was very modest. Not real coffee, just instant. Massive power cables were laid in front of the window. The rooms facing the street are located on a very busy four-lane road. Very loud.

Hotel is located in a beautiful historic building with a royal background. Rooms are very comfortable (including great bed) , new and well designed. Plus free Wifi, water in the mini-bar, bathrobe etc, etc. Staff in the hotel is treating you as a special guest in a very nice way, very friendly and helpful. Also, breakfast in the restaurant CafeCafe in the same building was great. You can get more than enough for the voucher you get form the hotel. (By the way, we also had a dinner in this restaurant and it was again great quality and variation of food against very acceptable prices + unexpected complimentary desserts). I would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay there next visit for sure.
I wouldn’t think of anything they could improve, everything is just as it should be (maybe just to replace TV with flat screen one with more international channels).

excellent service , but minor room issues
The front desk staff were friendly. Our Junior Suite was clean , with a well-stocked mini bar that enhanced our experience. Breakfast was a treat, as it was tailored to our preferences and tasted fantastic. The city view from our room was an added bonus.

Everything was very good. The staff friendly, the room clean and the location perfect.
The breakfast was very modest. Although it apparently lasted from 07.30-10.30 and we were there at about 09.00 there was unfortunately almost no more choice. Only toast bread, no more salami, no more egg dishes etc. . The rather gloomy restaurant had a sticky floor and was not very inviting otherwise. Since no staff was available during "our" hour, it was not possible to intervene.

Comfortable and spacious room, with separate sitting and sleeping area, nice beddings, contemporary design furniture. Very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast is served in the ground level public restaurant where you can watch the local beau monde drinking latte and smoking too much. We choose a fruit platter as breakfast, with croissant and butter and cappucino, and it was all possible within the available budget of the breakfast voucher. Good value for money, if you have to stay in Constanta, then this is the place.
